A few things worth knowing.

How do I get started?

Create your account, subscribe, then paste a number to run your first lookup. Add your own number to start its monthly checks.

What does a subscription add?

Scam and spam reporting, explanations of flagged results, 50 monthly lookups, saved history and one protected number checked every 30 days.

Does no warning mean a caller is safe?

No. It means no warning was found in the sources checked. Scammers can spoof numbers. Verify requests for money or personal details independently.

Can it identify a spoofed caller?

No. Results describe the number displayed on your phone, not necessarily the person calling. A caller ID name on file does not prove identity.

What if a number is wrongly flagged?

You can submit a dispute for review. Different reporting sources use different rules; a label is not proof of who called.

What happens to the numbers I check?

The apps do not request access to your contacts, stored call history or messages. Android's optional live identification also submits incoming numbers for lookup.

What if I use all 50 lookups?

Buy an optional pack: 10 for $4.99 or 25 for $9.99. Pack credits carry forward when your monthly allowance renews. No automatic overage charges. An active subscription is required to use pack credits.

Can I use it on iPhone today?

Yes. The Lookup Pass app is on the App Store. Live Caller ID for iPhone is planned for a later update.

Is $1.99 a trial?

No. Lookup Pass is a paid subscription at $19.99/month, and $1.99 is what you pay to start today. The full payment schedule is shown at checkout before you pay. Store offers differ.
